Karim Schumann, a renowned master of his craft, has made a name for himself in the world of fine dining through his exceptional ability to combine tradition and innovation. In the spirit of the famous composer Robert Schumann, he is committed to creativity, which is reflected in each of his meticulously crafted dishes. Before embarking on his own culinary journey, Schumann cooked at the Vitznauerhof on Lake Lucerne during the summer and at the Waldhotel Davos (the gourmet restaurant "Mann & Co.") during the winter. Most recently, he delighted guests at the Münsterhof and the Hotel Restaurant Bar Helvetia. Today, Schumann also cooks at the Efficiency Club, a unique event venue.
